So today I dipped my toe back into the exercise 'pool' as it were. Thirty six minutes of steps, courtesy of my Wii Fit...and not just steps, I alternated between holding my arms up, lifting them and flexing them in the hopes of increasing the benefits of the session. I have to say I it seemed to be a success as a first step back to exercise, I was sweaty and felt I had done my bit for the day afterwards.
I think that the Wii Fit is the way to go for me, to begin with at least, as the weather is still miserable it suits me to do something indoors. I will probably experiment with the various exercise options...a little yoga and muscle work outs mixed in with the steps should help to mix it up a bit.
When it starts to warm up a bit I can head to our 'gym' (exercise bike and weights in one of the out buildings), but for now the idea of going down there makes me want to dive back under the duvet and curl up into a ball!
Tomorrow my plan is to go through the cupboards and decide what needs to go, mind you there shouldn't be too much naughty stuff in there. I'll report back tomorrow!
I have the wii fit find it useful too, just need a bit of "me" time to use it, keep up the goood work xxx
