I didn't get round to doing my blog yesterday, so it is double blogging today...:-)
So yesterday I had my breakfast quite early (2 bacon, 1 boiled egg and 4 cherry tomatoes...this is my everyday breakfast for now) as the electricity was due to be turned off at some point during the day and I didn't want to not be able to cook it.
I did 30mins on the Wii, consisting of 5 mins Hula Hooping, 5 mins basic steps and 20 mins free steps with upper body exercising at the same time. Good work out followed by a quick dip in the bath.
I did some work down at my workshop today, cutting back overgrown trees and bushes that grow next to it and clearing lots of fallen leaves. I have plans to give the workshop a good clear out and re-arrange it...but that might have to wait until the weather is a bit warmer so I can leave the door open and put stuff outside.
Lunch was some cold chicken, a boiled egg, half a tin of tuna and various vegetables dressed with low fat natural live yogurt mixed with a little garlic paste and paprika.
Dinner was Coconut Chicken Curry with red rice, peas and sweetcorn, yummy and very filling.
All eaten before 8pm.
So that was Tuesday, nothing too exciting but I stuck strictly to the plan and didn't have much in the way of cravings.
