7.15am Up and ready to weigh. Lost another 1lb (I really should be more careful!) Seriously though, slow and steady is fine by me...it took years to put the weight on so it would be silly to think I could shift it safely in a few months. Of course I think everyone when losing weight wants to lose lots each
week, but I am happy as long as the scales are moving in the right
direction. I always knew this was going to be a long journey, but the fact that I am beginning to feel better in myself (even though I didn't think I was feeling bad before) is a good thing and I have lost 4.5cm over all my measurements this week.
The main thing I need to watch in the coming week is that I continue
with the exercise, because now that I will not be helping on the farm it
is back to exercise for its own sake...rather than doing something
useful and getting exercise as a side bonus if you see what I mean.
I intend to try and ensure I do at least 30mins on the Wii fit or 30mins on weights etc in the 'gym' each day.
Went back to bed for a snuggle with the dog for an hour or so, then up at 8.20am for some exercise.
Did 32 minutes of steps on the Wii fit, then a dip in the bath afterwards.
10am - Breakfast - 2 bacon, 1 egg and 4 cherry tomatoes
Took the dog for a walk, then back in to start getting things ready for the items I am making to auction for Red Nose Day.
2.30pm - Lunch - Ham and home made coleslaw sandwich with wholemeal bread.
1 x hot cross bun with butter and 1 large plum
Afternoon spent making up lots of items for the auction.
You can see them here should you wish to...Red Nose Day Auctions 2013
I hope they raise a bit of money, though I fear it won't be anywhere near my previous efforts with cupcakes, I raised £250 for Red Nose Day in 2011!
You can see how well I do (or don't) here...My Red Nose Day Giving Page
8.00pm - Supper - Egg fried rice with Sweet & Sour Chicken plus a few prawn crackers
1 x Hot Cross Bun for afters
Busy day...time for an early(ish) night I think *yawns*
