Wednesday again...where does the time go??

Up at 9.15am (after the usual getting up to make Paul's sandwiches...but no snuggle for the dog as he is getting a bit too big for his paws and was growling last night whenever we moved. So he is consigned to his, perfectly comfy, bed until he learns a little more respect).

32 mins exercise - 4 free steps (two perfect scores today) and 20 mins vigorous steps at the highest speed. I have ordered a heart rate monitor exercise watch so I will soon be able to see if I am exercising at the right heart rate for getting the most out of my exercise.

10.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

2.30pm - Lunch - Ham, tomato and cheese (very small amount of cheese) sandwich with wholemeal bread.
One plum and one satsuma for after.

Early supper as we are off to the car club tonight.
6.15pm - Supper - Beef and Guinness stew (beef, carrots, onions, half a stock cube, tomato paste, garlic paste and some Guinness) and root veg mash.
One plum for afters.
