Sunday 17th March

Up at 9.15am this morning after a little lie in.
Let the cockerel out and gave him his food.

32 minutes of vigorous steps on the Wii Fit
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
Quick dip in the bath then on with the rest of the day.

2.30pm - Lunch - Beefburger with cheese and red onion (no bun), bubble & squeak, baked vegetables (peppers, onion, courgette and mushrooms). Half a small bottle of diet coke.
A small portion of apple crumble and custard for afters.

7.00pm- Supper -Two slices toast with a little butter and some tuna mix (tuna, some salad cream and onions).
1 x hot cross bun, toasted and buttered
25g Sour Cream and onion crisps
1 large plum
A few berries and some natural yoghurt
Wow, that seems like a huge amount now I see it written down...but it seemed just right when I was eating it ;-)

Right, the weekend is over...so it is back to being a bit more strict again for the week.
I think allowing myself a few treats over the weekend is really helping to keep me basically on the straight and narrow over all...so I shall carry on like this for now, but obviously if I find that the weight stops falling I will have to re-think.
Adapt and survive...that is the key.

Sorry to Sarah W for it being late again...I promise to try harder to get my work in on time from now on. ;-)
