One month on...

Well, I have been on my new (not so new now) healthy living regime for a month and with it being weigh day today I guess you would like to know how I have done this week (I know I was keen to find out this morning).
The result is...that I have lost 2lb this week! This means that in this first month I have lost a total of 10lb, so well over the half stone mark. I am feeling very happy about that, I am feeling good in myself and have noticed things like just feeling a bit more energetic and being able to do my belt up a couple of notches tighter. Onwards and downwards I say! :-)

8.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 3 times cherry tomato

9am  - My cleaning job, which was my exercise for today. Three hours vigorous housework, made that little bit more vigorous as I was dancing around to some tunes on the radio :-)

Got back to find that all my auctions had finished raising my total raised to £93.18...which I will add to with a £10 donation of my own to tip the total over my target of £100! I am pleased with that, especially considering I left it to the last minute to sort something out (nothing new there then eh).

2.45pm - Lunch - Two egg omelette (well, more like a scrambled egg affair) with ham, red pepper, onions and mushrooms.
1 x toasted hot cross bun with a little butter for afters

Late to eat tonight as Paul didn't get home until late.

8.00pm - Supper - Tuna with onion and some salad cream, some chips, home made colelsaw and 2 x onion rings.
Berries and natural yoghurt for afters
A small hot chocolate to finish, made with two of squares of dark chocolate, one of milk chocolate, some single cream and semi skimmed milk.
