Sunday - A few little treats

Up at 8.30am, I did hear the cockerel this morning at 6.40am...but as he was still shut in his house it wasn't too noisy. However, he made up for it when I let him out just before 9am...Paul was still in bed but he can sleep through anything...lol

9.30am - Breakfast - 2 x Bacon, 1 x Egg and 4 x Cherry Tomatoes

Some chaps came to zap the ponds and take some of the big fish away (as otters or mink have been killing them on a regular basis so it was thought best to gather and sell them rather than just have them all be killed)...I spent the morning watching and carrying the occasional bucket of water around. Not much in the way of exercise, but plenty of fresh air.

2.30pm - Lunch - Chicken, mushroom and white wine pie (a weekend treat) with a few chunky chips and green beans.

5.00pm - 2 x Chocolate Orange Oat Crisp (approx 43cals each) and a cup of black Lady Grey tea.

7.00pm - Supper - Tomato and Marscapone soup, 1 and a half slices of wholemeal bread with a little butter, a few lightly salted crisps, and for afters half a single serving of Salted Caramel Cheesecake with a large sliced strawberry.

So a few treats today, and the variations from the detox diet have been...
Chicken, mushroom and white wine pie (pastry on the top only)
Small amount of chunky chips
2 x  Chocolate Orange Oat Crisp (approx 43cals)
Pot of Tomato and Marscapone soup
1 and a half slices of wholemeal bread with butter
Half single serving of Salted Caramel Cheesecake

The weekend is nearly over...food is finished for today and tomorrow it is back to being more strict food wise and back to the farm, so lots of exercise again.
