Monday again...sigh...

As you might be able to tell by the title of today's post I am feeling slightly down today, I don't know what it is...perhaps the naughty food at the weekend has made me feel a bit less full of energy than I have felt, perhaps it is just one of those things.

Anyway, I managed to force myself out of bed at 9.40am (after having got up at 7.15am to make Paul's lunch and going back to bed).
I felt a bit better once I had done my exercise, 4 lots of basic steps and 20 mins of vigorous free steps.

11.00am - Breakfast - Porridge this morning as I had forgotten to get the bacon out of the freezer last night. So it was porridge made with semi skimmed milk, 10g of sultanas, half an apple chopped up and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

3.00pm - Lunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
1 x plum for afters

5.45pm - I felt hungry so had a small slice of fruit cake and a square of 98% dark chocolate.

7.15pm - Supper - Roast chicken, boiled the baked potatoes with garlic butter and herbs, peas and sweetcorn.
Berries, oats and natural yoghurt for afters
