I was rather busy yesterday, packing all the Red Nose Auction things and other such exciting stuff...hence why I didn't post the blog yesterday (I didn't get finished until rather late last night).
First I have a confession, well it wasn't something I did on purpose but I did forget to mention that I had something to eat on Monday at 3.30pm which was 1 piece of toast with butter and jam, also a large plum and a little slice of fruit cake. That makes yesterday not as good as it would have been, but did mean that I actually ate 3 times yesterday which is what I aim for (I only remembered the afternoon food whilst in bed on Monday night...then of course I didn't do yesterdays blog yesterday...gosh it has got confusing...lol).
Anyway, back to today.
Exercise in the morning was 33mins on the Wii Fit, one steps basic then 30mins free steps.
After that a dip in the bath and breakfast.
10.30 - Breakfast - 2 bacon, 1 egg and 4 cherry tomatoes.
3.00 - Lunch - Homemade coleslaw with chopped peppers, tomatoes and ham added.
A large plum for afters.
8.00pm - Supper - A later supper as Paul didn't get home from work until later than normal.
Coconut chicken curry and brown rice
Berries and natural yoghurt for afters.
