Baking today, but with various faffing about I didn't actually start to bake until 12.30pm.
When the last cake was in the oven I had my first meal...
2.45pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes, half a chopped banana and oats.
5.00pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes
I did succumb to a few off cuts of sponge whilst baking.
7.30pm - Turkey mince (with mushrooms, onions, cranberry sauce and a little red wine) with hash browns.
I fear that tomorrows weigh in won't show results heading in the right direction due to no exercise and a few occasions of snacking. Still, what will be will be and then I will just move on again.
