New Year Regime - Day Nine

Up at 9.00am
I am going to try having my breakfast much later today...so brunch instead of brekkie, the idea is that starting later will mean I don't get over hungry before it is dinner time. I don't tend to get hungry in the morning so waiting until later isn't a problem for me.

2.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes

4.30pm - Natural yoghurt, raspberries, nectarine and oats

7.00pm - Coconut chicken curry with brown rice
Banana for afters
