No exercise again today and my back is feeling a little better...now whether that is due to less exercise or to the fact that I have a doctor's appointment today I can't say (why is it that when you make an appointment your pain seems to lessen, whether it be body or teeth? Or is it just me?).
2.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes
Went for my appointment at the doctors this afternoon and, after a few questions and some pulling and prodding, he has referred me to a physiotherapist. I just have to wait for an appointment to come through the mail now.
5.30pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes, nectarine and oats.
