New Year Regime - Day Eleven

Up at 10.00am

Exercise today was...
70 x Crunches - Rest Day
110 x Squats - Rest Day
60 secs - Plank

Then 30 mins Wii Fit steps - fast speed - 3096 steps
Then a quick dip in the bath.

Food is planned to be the following...

2.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, cherry tomatoes

4.30pm - Natural yoghurt, half a banana, nectarine, raspberries and oats

7.00pm - Pork and apple burgers, garlic mushrooms and coleslaw
Possibly an apple for  afters if I am still hungry.
