Up at 9.30am today...getting there, which is a good job as tomorrow I will be doing my cleaning job which means I will need to be up 7.30am (shock to the system...lol).
Answered my e-mails, then today's exercise which consisted of...

Dip in the bath, then breakfast...
12.00pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes
I decided that the oven needed a quick clean...why do I always decide this on a baking day??
Anyway, I am going to get that done then get on with the baking...whilst doing various loads of washing as I have also decided to get the bedding stripped and washed (Paul is away so if I don't finish it in time and can't make the bed up I won't feel as bad curling up in the furry throw alone...I have never been much of a 'housewife' so it is a good job that isn't what he was looking for in a partner isn't it...lol).
Right, time to get busy!
Opps, had a bit of a glitch (I think I left it a little long between eating so got tempted...a lesson for the future) as I just ate 3 chocolates (from that left over box), a packet of Walkers baked crisps and a cupcake (no icing, I had a bit of chocolate mix left and mixed some blueberries with it before baking!). Still, not to worry...this is only the first week and I am not detoxing so strictly speaking I haven't broken any self imposed rules. Might try a detox next week though if cravings continue, but will try and ensure I eat more regularly which should help to stave of cravings through being hungry.
Of course the box of chocolates will be gone soon (very soon at this rate!) and this was my first bake since heading back on track so I am not going to be too hard on myself.
Back to the kitchen as I have one more cake to bake and some cakes to decorate. Water iced chocolate buns with Cadbury's Wishes stars on top, butterfly buns, a Victoria sponge (with just jam inside) and an orange cake to have orange water icing poured over.
Oh dear...today is not going too well food wise, I had the second spare bun I made and topped it with the last bit of squirty cream from the Christmas. I did very much enjoy it...but I'm glad that is gone now.
8.30pm - Tuna, onion, sweetcorn, tomato and grated carrots and some mayonnaise
Some natural yoghurt, blueberries and oats for afters
