But before breakfast, as this is a Friday...it is weigh in time.
So the scores on the doors are....2lb down!
I am quite happy with that as a first week result :-)
8.20am - Breakfast - 2 bacon, 1 egg and cherry tomatoes
9.00am - Off a cleaning! 3 hours of dusting, polishing, hoovering and going up and down stairs (something I am not used to living in a bungalow) this will be my alternative to Wii Fit exercise today.
I came home at just gone midday, and got some designs ready for some glass engraving I have to do.
Tesco delivery at 12.45pm, so there was that to put away.
Took the dog round for a well deserved walk.
Then to keep me on track with my challenges I did today's quota of...
40 Crunches
70 Squats
40 seconds of Planking
3.00pm - Natural yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries and oats
5.45pm - A packet of baked walkers cheese and onion crisps, two blueberry iced party rings and a chocolate hobnob. Ahem, not quite to plan...must do better.
8.15pm - Steak and cheese subway, a cup of diet pepsi and a white chocolate and macadamia cookie

Well, food wise this wasn't a perfect day by any means...but I did do a fair bit of exercise so I am not going to beat myself up about it.
Tomorrow I am off to town with Bruce and Marcia in the morning to go to the bank and post office, however we will also be visiting Aldi and BM Bargains...both places of temptation for foods that are tasty but not quite with the new regime. Fingers crossed I can stay strong and not give in to them...making sure I have breakfast before going out should help.
