New Year Regime - Day Twelve

Up at 7.30am

Weigh day today and I have lost 3lb this week! Very pleased with that, I still have another 7lb to lose before I get to where I was before Christmas but it is a good result so far.

I did 30 mins of fast steps today - 3034 steps in total
I also did 60 secs of planking...but I think this is one challenge that I will be putting on hold for now, 60 seconds seems to be my limit and today's 90 second target was very much beyond me. I will probably just do 60 seconds a day from now on.
No crunches or squats today as it was a rest day for them.

I engraved two glasses today for another order...it was freezing in the workshop even with a fire on. Unfortunately having the heater, light and engraver on blew the electrics (not blew up you understand, it all just stopped working), so I moved in doors to finish the last glass off and will sort the electric out another day.

Today I have decided to have a 'eat what I want day', this means I don't really need to record what I have eaten...but I will put down what I have had so far today and may add to it later.

12.45pm - Brunch - Barbecue chicken wrap (that Paul bought home yesterday), a little home made coleslaw and a small packet of cheese and chive crisps. I also had about 6 chocolates from the box I opened today (left over from Christmas) and a cup of tea, milk no sugar.

Later I ate some barbecue pulled pork, chips and home made coleslaw.
For afters Paul and I shared a large slice of Mars Bar cake.
