New Year Regime - Day Ten

Up at 11.00am this morning, yes...I know that isn't really a good time to get up (and it is only just morning!) but Paul was snoring again last night and I felt I needed more sleep.

Anyway, when I did get up I got busy. You may have noticed that yesterday there was no mention of exercise so I made up for it today.

I did yesterdays quota of challenges...
60 x Crunches - Rest Day
100 x Squats - Rest Day
60 secs - Plank

20mins of fast steps on Wii Fit (2024 steps)

Then I did today's quota of challenges...
65 x Crunches - Rest Day
105 x Squats - Rest Day
60 secs - Plank

Finally I did another 10 mins of fast steps on Wii Fit (1024)

Exercise done I had a quick dip in the bath, then brunch.

2.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes

Then I walked the dog, did some washing and generally pottered around doing bits in the house.

4.30pm - Natural yoghurt, raspberries, half a banana and a nectarine chopped up with some oats on top.

7.15pm - Dinner - Pork mince cooked with onions, apple, some apple sauce (left over from Christmas), garlic puree and tomato puree. Served with mixed veg (peas, carrots, green beans and sweetcorn).
I was going to have the other half of that banana for afters, but I am full up now so hopefully it will be ok for tomorrow.

I am happy with how things have gone today, hopefully tomorrow will be just as good. :-)
