Today's exercise consisted of...
25 (Stomach) Crunches
55 Squats

2 sets of basic steps and 2 steps of advanced steps (16 mins)
10 mins of free steps - medium speed (998 steps)
Took the dog for a walk round the garden
Then a bath and brunch...
1.00pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes
Had a look at the car and it seems I was wrong about the light, it was in fact the ignition warning light (I was looking at the diagram for the left hand drive version)...I will ask the chaps at the car club meeting tomorrow about it.
Gave the dog a bath today, as he was getting a little stinky and I plan on washing the sheets and blankets from the bed this week...and stinky dog plus clean bedding don't go.
He put up with it as normal but wasn't that impressed...especially when he got his claws clipped afterwards as well...;-)
4.15pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats
A little opps! I had two chocolates ...we have a box of them left in the cupboard and I faltered and had two this afternoon.
Dinner tonight will be...
7.30pm - Baked chicken breast and onions with Chinese five spice, cauliflower and green beans (plus I added large spoon of baked beans).
1 x Satsuma for afters
I have started taking a multi vitamin once a day as part of the new regime and am aiming to up the amount of water I drink. Hopefully these two things, added to the healthier diet and exercise will help to improve my general health.
