Didn't do any exercise today, just in case they are aggravating my back (doctor's appointment made for tomorrow afternoon).
1.30pm - A barbecue chicken wrap, alongside my 2x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes.
A cup of tea with two wheat/gluten free choc chip cookies.
4.15pm -Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats.
Plus a white choc and raspberry wheat free muffin.
Dinner tonight should be around...
7.00pm - Two pork steaks and vegetables
Satsuma for afters
