I got up and we took the dog for a walk.
Then I went to my workshop and engraved two glasses for an order to be sent tomorrow.
1.00pm - Lunch - Roast chicken breast, a few roast potatoes, sweetcorn and carrots.
During the afternoon I ended up eating half a bar of chocolate (the last left over from Christmas) and a nectarine.
I baked a coffee cake this afternoon as a thank you (bribe?) for my friend Barry from car club who is coming to look at George tomorrow morning.
7.00pm - Teatime - 4 x toast with butter and jam or honey
4 x chocolate fingers (the last of those left from Christmas...Paul had eaten the rest during the afternoon, selflessly saving me from them ;-) )
1 x nectarine and a cup of tea (milk no sugar)
Then I remembered I hadn't done any exercise today including not doing my challenges.
So as not to fall behind on the challenge I did them about an hour after tea.
50 x Crunches (at this number I am really starting to feel these)
80 x Squats
45secs - Plank (this was definitely the hardest of the three)
