Today's exercise consisted of...
30 (Stomach) Crunches
60 Squats

Wii Fit
1 set of basic steps and 1 set of advanced steps (8 mins)
1 x hula hoop
20 mins of free steps - medium speed (998 steps)
Took the dog for a walk round the garden
Dip in the bath and then brunch.
12.15pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and cherry tomatoes
3.00pm - 1 x satsuma and a few grapes
Also two chocolates from the box left after Christmas
6.15pm - Natural yoghurt, banana, oats and a few blueberries
Because Paul was late home and we are off out to car club tonight we will be picking up something from the Fish and Chip shop on the way home.
I will probably mix some tuna with a little mayonnaise and onion when I get home and have it with some chips. I'll update if this is any different.
Well we did go to the chip shop but in the end I had a chicken and mushroom pie, some chips and mushy peas.
I also had ONE chocolate hobnob as that fiend Paul got them out again and I didn't want to be left out this time...:-/
