I lost 4lb this week! :-)
I know that next week won't be as big of a loss as this is probably my body adjusting to being back on all proper food and probably some loss of water retention (possibly partly due to me cutting out wheat and potatoes which I reckon may bloat me up), I have been drinking plenty of water this week.
So to celebrate I went back to bed for a lie in...lol, I know that may sound odd but most people lie in at the weekend. I tend to get up early at the weekends though, which might have something to do with Paul lying in a snoring...;-) So anyway, I got up later in the morning.
10.00am Got up again and stayed up this time!
Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (1 perfect) plus 20 mins free steps at medium and fast speed (2024 steps)
12.30pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x tiny cherry tomatoes and 5 small mushrooms
4.30pm - Late Lunch - Chopped banana, raspberries, Greek yoghurt, oats and a dash double cream.
8.45pm - Supper - Cold chicken, home made coleslaw (with mayo), parsnip and carrot 'chips' (baked in the oven).
Peach and strawberries with a little double cream for afters.
