Lazy Sunday - 28th July

Up at 10.30am (bit of a lie in but I didn't go to sleep until around 2.30am so that is my excuse)

I wasn't going to do my exercise today, apart from the squats, but then decided I actually really wanted to...I guess that has got to be a good sign right to want to do it rather than just feel I should??

Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (1 perfect) plus 20 mins free steps at medium and fast speed (2024 steps). I also did the first 85 of today's squats.

12.30pm - Brunch - A little bit naughty this morning as I has a banana chopped up and mixed with some fruity muesli and extra oats mixed with some Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of double cream. I figure that as I have cut out all the heavily processed naughty foods that I can allow myself a little cream at the weekend and the dried fruit of course has a little added sugar. But I have the rest of the day to work it off and compared to what I was eating it is almost saintly...lol
Feeling very full now, although it wasn't a huge bowl...so quite happy to wait a good few hours for a late lunch.

4.30pm - Late Lunch - 2 slices of roast pork with crackling, roast parsnips (just with a little olive oil), green beans and carrots.

Did the last 50 squats from today's 135 quota.

8.30pm - Supper - Some cold roast pork from lunch, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a couple of radishes, 3 pickled onions and one slice of buttered wholemeal toast.
(I am trying to keep away from bread and potatoes during the week, but allowing myself just a small amount at the weekends, hence the bread today and the chips yesterday.)
A peach and raspberries with some double cream. (Some cream is also something I am allowing myself at the weekends, to make a bit of a change from the more strict regime of weekdays).
