Thursday 11th July

Up at 8.30am

Exercise on Wii Fit - 30 minutes free steps - 3017 steps

11.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms

3.00pm - Lunch - Some ham, some strawberries and a chocolate hazelnut mini ice cream bar.
(Not all mixed together you understand, just some random bits I found in the fridge/freezer...shopping coming tomorrow!)

I spent most of the afternoon sorting out the tombola prizes for the car show on Sunday.

8.30pm - Supper - Chicken lasagne with peas, sweetcorn and mushrooms.
Individual lemon desert with strawberries on the side for afters.
