20mins - 2010 steps
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 1 x large tomato and 1 x mushroom
One of my aims today is not to look at facebook or youtube before 5.00pm, another is to not eat any naughty foods. Yesterday wasn't too bad, but I did eat a mini chocolate bar and one hobnob (Paul was eating his way through half a packet and I gave in an had one).
2.50pm - Lunch - Ham, home made coleslaw and tomato.
Greek yoghurt, prunes and oats for afters.
6.45pm - Supper - Slow cooked beef (cooked with onion, carrots, garlic puree, tomato puree and half a stock cube), with peas and sweetcorn.
