30 minutes exercise down in the gym...mainly working arms on the weight machine, but also did my 130 squats for the day (in two batches of 60...plus another 10 when I got in as I had thought is was 120 today).
12.45pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 8 x tiny cherry tomatoes and 4 x small mushrooms.
5.30pm - Late lunch - A peach (chopped up), some gooseberries and blackcurrants (from the garden) and some raspberries with Greek yoghurt, oats and a dash of double cream.
8.45pm - Supper - A small piece of battered fish, a few (about 8) chips, mushy peas and 3 small pickled onions.
