Friday 12th July - Weigh Day 21

Up at 10am (Paul was away for work last night so I stayed up late and didn't set the alarm this morning)

Weighed and I have put on 1lb, which I guess shows that regardless of the fact that I did lots of extra exercise last weekend the extra food I ate outweighed it and I was playing catch up (or catch down) with my weight over the week. Still, it is a good lesson learned I guess.

This weekend is going to be very hectic, we are out most of it and I know that my eating will be all over the place. I think that the best bet is for me to just go with the flow and not worry too much about it, then I will do a bit of a detox starting Monday.

12.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x tiny tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms.

Right, I am signing off from the blog for now, I am taking the weekend off from recording stuff and just going to enjoy the two days ahead.
I will be back on Monday and will be getting down to things properly.
