50 squats
Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (2 perfect) plus 20 mins free steps at fast speed (2112 steps).
I think I have taken the steps as far as I can speed wise, as the Wii keeps stopping the count if I go too fast. So I think the next step is to make a slightly higher platform for the balance board to stand on, at the moment it is on a flat folding table so about 1 inch off the ground...I reckon it I build a two inch platform for it to sit on that will give me a bit of an extra workout. Then once I get used to that I can raise it a bit more...:-)
Another 50 squats.
11.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x large cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.
4.00pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt with a chopped up banana, fruity muesli and some extra oats all mixed up. Tasty and filling! :-)
Last 50 squats to complete today's quota of 150!
Later I will be having...
7.00pm - Supper - Steak with baked parsnip chips, peas and sweetcorn.
Earlier supper to night as I am off to my car club meeting tonight, with the aim not to eat anything there or after.
