Tuesday 30th July

Up at 7.15am (more like it eh!)

I knew I wanted to get up early and do my exercise, have a bath and breakfast before going out at 9.00am, so I went to bed early to try and make sure I was all wide awake...it failed.
Suffice to say Paul woke me up when he came to bed (despite being very careful not to), then the dog woke me up wanting to go out for a pee (having not gone when Paul let him out before bed...to busy nosing round the garden). Then when the dog had finished and I got back to bed the fire alarm beeped once (the sign that the battery is running low)...I tried to ignore it but found myself lying awake waiting for the next beep. So up I got again and sat in the lounge waiting for the beep again to make sure it was the kitchen alarm that needed sorting...it was, I changed the battery then headed back to bed...again! This time I managed to get to sleep, but it wasn't a great night and I woke up feeling in no way wide awake. Still, I didn't let that stop me from getting up and on with my exercises...

Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (1 perfect) plus 20 mins free steps at fast speed (2028 steps).

Then a quick dip in the bath before breakfast.

8.30am - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, oats and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Went off to the shops with Bruce and Marcia were I bought a couple of pairs of size 18 jeans from the charity shops, one I can get on and done up but not comfortable yet...the other I can't get done up yet. My goal is to be able to wear at least one pair by the end of August...we shall see eh ;-)

Got my ingredients for Thursdays baking and headed home.

2.30pm - Late lunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x large cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.

The afternoon is to be spent getting stuff ready for a sale or return order of items which we are taking to a friend I know via facebook who is opening a shop in Derbyshire in the next week or so.
I've just designed some new badges and mirrors for her, and I am just off to the workshop to put them all together.

Badges and pocket mirrors all made up and ready to package up.

8.30pm - Supper - Chicken breast (oven baked with a sprinkle of Aromat flavouring), baked parsnip wedges and oven baked veg (peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms).
