I went to bed at 11.15pm last night in an attempt to feel refreshed and ready to jump out of bed with a smile on my face. Didn't really happen though, firstly because although I went to bed early I didn't actually manage to get to sleep then as Paul didn't come to bed until later and even when he did I didn't seem to sleep very well. Oh well, not to worry at least I am in the lucky position of adjusting bed times and the amount of hours sleeping until I get the mix just right.
I have never been good at mornings so it would be nice to find the right formula for waking all bright eyed and busy tailed...lol
Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (2 perfect and one just 2 steps off perfect) plus 20mins free steps (2040 steps)
10.45am - Breakfast - Chopped banana, a pot of natural yoghurt and a handful of oats with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
2.30pm - Lunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x small cherry tomatoes and 4 x small mushrooms
First 50 squats of the day...second 50 will be done when I get home from the meeting tonight. That should help me sleep well ;-)
6.30pm - Supper - 2 x pork steaks, mushy peas and parsnip 'chips' (baked not fried)
Off to a car club committee meeting tonight, hopefully there won't be temptations...but if there are I will just have to be strong...;-)
