I wasn't tempted by the crisps that were on offer at the car club committee meeting and just had a cup of tea with a little dash of milk and no sugar.
When we got home (at gone 11pm) I did my second lot of 50 squats.
So how about today?
I got up at 9.05am (so I am gradually getting earlier!).
I got a little lost on the internet, someone has posted a rant about the royal family and I felt compelled to put my two penneth in defence of them (not that they need me to of course).
Anyway, I finally got round to doing my exercise...
Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (2 perfect) plus 20mins free steps (2038 steps)
12.25pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x small cherry tomatoes, 4 x small mushrooms and some sliced green pepper (all cooked in the oven as normal).
A banana for afters.
4.00pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats.
8.00pm - Roast chicken breast, parsnip chips (baked), peas and sweetcorn.
I almost forgot to do my 105 squats for today...so just did them, 55 and 50 with about 15mins in between them. Ouchy, my thighs are a little achy now though.
