Up at 9.30am
11.45am - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 mushroom.
The
day seems to have flown by and I don't seem to have got much done...I
got caught in the internet, watching some documentaries on youtube, one
leading to another as they do (if you have not been on youtube then
perhaps you won't know how it can grab your interest and hold it...but
it sometimes does).
Anyway, I have just had a phone call from Paul to ask how my day is going so it is time to get busy and get something done!
3.45pm - Ham sandwich on granary bread with a little red onion relish.
Greek yoghurt with prunes and oats for afters.
7.45pm - Supper - Two thin pork steaks, peas, sweetcorn and some mushy peas.
Greek yoghurt, mixed berries and oats. Plus a mini Green & Black chocolate bar (78cals).
