Up at 9am
Exercise on the Wii Fit - 4 x basic steps (1 perfect score)
10min free steps on the fastest setting (1006 steps)
Then I did about 10mins of Zumba...now I say about, because it was probably just under as I gave up just before timer went off. I am coming to believe that I am not really suited to Zumba, don't get me wrong, I felt like I got a good workout even from 10mins...but I don't have a great sense of rhythm so I can only guess how bad I looked doing it, and I got so frustrated at not being able to keep up with the DVD hence giving up a little earlier.
10.45am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 1 x large tomato and 1 large mushroom.
3.00pm - Natural yoghurt with a banana, some prunes and oats mixed in.
Half a diet coke.
Whilst baking this afternoon I did have a few little offcuts of sponge and a little bit of buttercream (it is very difficult as I tend to forget that I shouldn't really be having any and it is in my mouth before I realise it...lol).
9.00pm - Supper - Lean lamb stewed with carrots, onions, peas and sweetcorn.
Half a small iced fairy cake for afters.
We are doing a sponsored walk in two weeks in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care, that is me, Paul and Gizmo. It is a 10km twilight walk, I think I need to step up my work on the Wii Fit to make sure I am capable of finishing it before morning! lol
10.30pm - I remembered we had some cream that needed using up before we go away for the weekend, that coupled with the fact that we have some ripe strawberries growing outside...we you guessed it. A bowl of strawberries with some double cream on.
