Friday 5th July - Weigh Day 20
Up at 7.30am
Weighed today and I have lost 1lb which I am pleased about, yes it could be more...but the diet I am eating is sustainable so I am happy with slow and steady.
8.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 1 x tomato and 1 x mushroom
