Thursday 1st August - Bake day again!

First  a small confession from last night, I got home from car club at about 9.45pm and my tummy was rumbling with hunger (not something that happens often, but at least I know now when I am really hungry and not just bored!). Due to a mix up with our top up shop I had no fruit in to eat, so I had a scope of strawberry ice cream instead, not what I would have chosen to eat if I had more choice...but I felt it was better than something like toast.

Up at 9.15am
Got slowed down today by various things so ended up doing my exercises later than I had planned.

Wii Fit - 32 mins - 4 x basic steps (0 perfect...I had stuff on my mind and I think that put me off my rhythm a bit...still perfect or not they still give me the exercise benefits :-) ) plus 20 mins free steps at fast speed (2022 steps).

Did today's quota of 155 squats mostly in batches of 20 in between doing the basic and free steps, followed by the last 55 in one last batch.

12.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x small cherry tomatoes and 2 x large mushrooms

4.00pm - Late lunch - Natural yoghurt, banana and oats.

7.00pm - One piece of boneless KFC (Paul bought some home for his tea and let me have a bit as I was still working and not ready to make supper).

10.00pm - Supper - I finally finished decorating the cakes so made myself a late nibbly supper of...
Two slices of ham, 3 x cherry tomatoes, 3 x pickled onions and a gerkin.
Strawberries, a scoop of strawberry ice cream and a dash of double cream (left over from baking).

I managed to get through the whole day of baking and didn't taste a single crumb...I have to admit I am pleased with myself. :-)

Tomorrow is weigh day and I will be happy with any loss, even if it is a small one..see you on the other side!
