Weigh day today and I have stayed the same, I am not too surprised though as I have missed a couple of days exercise because of being so busy with the wedding cake and other baking.
I also forgot to confess that I had some cake on Tuesday whilst I was flat coated the cakes, I had to cut one of them to make the base a bit flatter and I succumbed to this with a little jam and buttercream in. Also yesterday I had a spoonful of ganache (chocolate and cream) which was left over from my decorating of the fortnightly bake cakes. So add those, the lack of a few days exercise and eating out on Saturday night...plus my eating routine being all over the place and me drinking less water than normal. Well, I imagine all those things combined to stop me losing this week...but that is ok, I have lots of time to get back on track and am in this for the long haul.
8.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x cherry tomatoes.
9.00am - Headed off to do my three hours of housework.
Came back and had a bath and got ready for going to see the lady at the stables about some work experience.
3.00pm - Late Lunch - Chopped banana, Greek yoghurt, strawberries and oats.
I at a couple of packet of crisps (less another of my forbidden foods for this month eaten...but only one of each which is a great improvement on what I used to eat and what got my weight up in the first place) small Clementines at around 7.00pm to keep me going as Paul didn't want to eat until a little later.
8.00pm - A piece of battered fish, some skin on potato wedges and mushy peas.
A golden syrup cornetto for afters...a bit naughty, but yummy.
