Saturday 17th August

Up at 8.15am
Got up and checked my e-mails then got on with my exercises
31 minutes on the Wii fit - 2 x basic steps and 5 x advanced steps.
Quick dip in the bath then breakfast...
10.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms

Then we were off to deliver the wedding cake that I have been working on. The delivery went smoothly and everyone at the hotel, staff and customer seemed happy with it...I just hope they are as happy with the taste too!

Did a bit of shopping on the way home.

3.00am - Late Lunch - Barbecue rib in a bun with home made coleslaw and tomatoes.
Two cherry scones with clotted cream for afters...naughty but very nice (I decided that scones weren't cakes, and they certainly aren't biscuits...so I allowed myself to buy them whilst we were out, and eat them!).

9.30pm - Supper - Chicken dippers, rustic chips and home made coleslaw.
A small tub of sherry trifle for afters.
