Wii Fit - 2 x basic steps, 5 x advanced steps.
I also did my quota of squats for the day, in 6 x 40 squat batches...making today's total 240.
It is the last day of the challenge tomorrow...then I will be moving onto the stomach crunch challenge!
Quick dip in the bath, then breakfast
9.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.
On with my baking...
3.00pm - Late Lunch - Chopped banana, strawberries, Greek yoghurt and oats.
8.00pm - Supper - A southern fried chicken wrap (I was going to have some coleslaw with it that Paul bought home, but it was fizzy! Yep, off :-( ). A peach and one scoop of salted caramel ice cream.
