Wii Fit - 36 mins - 2 x basic steps, 2 x advanced steps plus 20 mins free steps at fast speed (2036 steps).
I also did my quota of squats for the day, in 4 x 55 squat batches...making today's total 220.
Quick dip in the bath then breakfast
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x large mushrooms.
3.30pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, raspberries and oats.
8.45pm - Supper - Coconut chicken curry with mushrooms and rice.
A peach for afters (a ripe one this time I put it in the bag with my bananas and it ripened right up :-) )
