2lb down this week!
It was only showing 1lb on the Wii Fit at first, but my centre of gravity was way off which I know can affect the weighing sometimes, so I tried again and was much more centred. It must have meant the difference of an ounce or so as it then showed 2lb loss, which I knew was more like what it should be. The Wii Fit only shows whole lbs lost it seems.
8.15am - Breakfast - 2 slices of ham, 1 egg and cherry tomatoes
9.00am - Off to work...so main exercise is 3 hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering
3.00pm - Late Lunch - Stewed rhubarb (with just a tiny bit of sugar), strawberries, natural yoghurt, oats and a dash of double cream (its the weekend again, well as good as...lol).
I almost forgot about squats today, but remembered about 15 minutes ago, so did my quota of squats for the day...160 in batches of 2 x 25, 1 x 50 and 1 x 60 with a few minutes stretching inbetween.
Rest day for squats tomorrow, which my legs will be glad of!
Supper will be in a bit...
8.30pm - Supper - 2 x pork steaks, parsnips wedges, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn.
Possibly strawberries and a little cream for afters if I am still hungry.
I ended up having one strawberry, then decided to go for a Mango sorbet lolly instead...only 90cals, but I couldn't quite finish it as it was so rich and tasty (gave the last bit to Paul).
Not a bad day, and feeling really good. :-)
