Sunday 11th August

Up at 9.30am
Again I had set my alarm for 8.00am, but again I was woken several times during the night by Paul snoring and so felt so tired when the alarm went off that I had some extra time in bed.
Still feeling a bit groggy but I think this is also partly due to a bit of hay fever, I have been a bit sneezy and just hope it isn't a cold or I am supposed to tell the blood donation people as my blood not be suitable if it had the cold virus in. Just taken an allergy tablet which hopefully will ease things.

No Wii fit today as I am having a rest day from that, but 230 squats done today.
It is day 28 of the challenge today and I think I will probably just miss the rest day which was due for tomorrow and do the last two days of squats so I can finish on time.

11.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes, 1 x large mushroom.

Today I need get the icing figures done for the wedding cake I am making this week, it is the thing I hate most and I know I will feel happier about doing the cake once they are made and drying.

3.30pm -Late lunch - Barbecue rib in a bun. Peach and strawberries with Greek yoghurt and oats for afters.

I have managed to nearly finish 4 out of the 7 figures, I just couldn't seem to get myself going on it earlier in the day so started about 4pm. It seems as though when I have something specific to do that every thing else seems more appealing...like the sun catchers I have been meaning to make for the last couple of weeks, today I was really wanting to make them...I guess that is 'The grass is always greener' syndrome eh.
It takes me forever to make these icing people as I always want to make sure I get them just right...hence it is better now that I am working for myself rather than having a boss telling me I am taking too long on things.

8.00pm - Supper - Southern fried chicken breast with Mediterranean rice and veg.
Some strawberries and cream for pudding.

Now I am going to finish the four figures and run a bath for a quick soak, then maybe an hours TV and bed. I aim to be up early tomorrow to do my exercises before baking the wedding cakes...fingers crossed for a non snoring night from that man of mine. ;-)
