Wii Fit - 31 mins - 2 x basic steps, 3 x advanced steps plus 10 mins free steps at fast speed (1008 steps). I also did my quota of squats for the day, in 1 x 50 and 3 x 45 squat batches...making today's total 185.
12.30pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x tiny cherry tomatoes, 2 x large mushrooms
3.30pm - Afternoon Lunch - Chopped banana, natural yoghurt and oats.
8.15pm - Supper - Two pork steaks with a slice of cheese on tops, mushy peas and parsnip wedges.
Strawberries and peach with a little cream for afters.
