Wii Fit - 1 x basic steps (perfect), 6 x advanced steps - 33 minutes.
It is the last day of the 30 day squat challenge,so I did my 250 squats in 5 x 50 sets.
I will have a rest day tomorrow...then plan to start the 30 day Crunch Challenge.
Quick dip in the bath and then breakfast...
10.00am - Breakfast -2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.
4.00pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, strawberries and oats.
8.00pm - Supper - 2 pork steaks, parsnip wedges, mushy peas, a few strips of red pepper and a couple of mushrooms.
Got all the wedding cake tiers covered and stacked today and the board covered.
So I have the decorating to do and still a bride and groom to model...I am stalling again, but tomorrow they will be the first thing I do.
