Sunday 18th August

Up at 9.15am

33 minutes on the Wii Fit - 1 x basic steps, 6 x advanced steps plus 40 squats.
I also did yesterday's and today's crunches (Day 1 and 2) so 20 and 21 respectively.

10.30am - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x tomatoes (fresh from the poly tunnel) and 2 x mushrooms.

3.30pm - Late Lunch - One piece of breaded fish, a couple of new potatoes baked with a little butter, garlic and herbs plus some homemade coleslaw.
One nectarine chopped up, some strawberries, Greek yoghurt and oats...with a little drizzle of cream on top.

9.30pm - Supper - A packet of cheese and onion crisps, a mushroom cup a soup then two cherry scones with cream and a couple of strawberries.
Not the healthiest of meals I know...but back to the straight and narrow (getting narrower...lol) tomorrow...;-)
