No exercise today as I want to concentrate on getting this wedding cake done, and it won't hurt to have a day off.
9.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x cherry tomatoes.
4.00pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, strawberries and oats.
I finished the wedding cake...photos to come after the weekend!
Headed off to car club without having supper as although I had put lamb and veggies in the slow cooker I had neglected to put the stupid thing on...I only realised when I went to dish it up...lol
10.00pm - Mediterranean savoury rice and a peach for afters.
