Weighed today and I have lost what I put on over the weekend, meaning I am back to my last weigh in day weight and now just need to lose the 1lb I put on last weigh in to get back on track.
8.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms.
No formal exercise today, but I did do my fortnightly 3 hours of housework for the lady across the road today...so I think that should suffice.
It was a bit of an odd afternoon, after getting back from cleaning around 12.30pm I then bustled round doing washing up, and tidying the kitchen. Then I dyed a couple of polo shirts (Paul's old work ones) for me to wear on Monday for my horsey work experience.
I will be working Monday, then have Tuesday off...then Weds, Thurs, Fri and Saturday. I wonder how old I will be feeling by the end of the week? I may feel great...or I may feel totally knackered, either way I will keep you posted as to how I am doing.
Didn't eat a proper lunch this afternoon, instead I had two white choc and raspberry cookies and a small glass of Pepsi Max. This is not a proper meal and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but it happened to be what I grabbed as I was buzzing around.
I also fixed my window screen squirters on the car, but found out that somehow I had lost the rubber cap from the top of my air filter...so I need to get another one, but in the meantime I have been told that a piece of gaffer tape should do a passable temporary job.
We are off to a hotel tonight and tomorrow night, with a day out at Chatsworth House. I know my food intake won't be totally sticking with the plan...but I don't plan to go mad about it, though Chatsworth might tempt me with a bit of cake or cream tea (dependant on the price mind you!).
