Tuesday 20th August

Up at 8am

Checked e-mails, let the cockerel out and walked the dog.

Started to do exercise on the Wii fit but the battery gave up the ghost so the session was cut short.
1 x basic, 1 x advanced = 8 mins
I also did 50 squats and today's crunches, as it turns out I had made a mistake with the crunches and written the numbers down wrong and therefore not done the right amount each day...hence I have started again...so this is Day 1 and I did 20 crunches.

10.45am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms.

Down to the jobs of the day...
Fold and put away all the clean washing that accumulated over the last week or so.

Feeling hungry so had my lunch earlier than normal...
2.00pm -Lunch - Chopped banana and peach, natural yoghurt and oats.

Had a bit of a bad afternoon food wise, just felt really hungry and succumbed to some dark chocolate, a hobnob and a small packet of crisps. Opps, never mind...carry on...

8.00pm - Supper - 3 x thin pork steaks, a few skin on homemade (baked) chips, peas and sweetcorn.
A large scoop of salted caramel ice cream in a small meringue shell for afters.

So not a great day foodwise or exercise really...but tomorrow is another day!
