Tuesday 6th August

Up at 8.00am

Wii Fit - 31 mins - 1 x basic steps, 2 x advanced steps plus 20 mins free steps at fast speed (2025 steps). I also did my quota of squats for the day, in 5 x 38 squat batches...making today's total 190.

11.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.

4.00pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt with chopped banana, strawberries and oats.

8.30pm - Supper - Bit of an odd one tonight as Paul had to work late and I wasn't really sure what to make for just me (he brought KFC on the way home). In the end I went for the following...
Mediterranean rice (white rice with courgette, Red Pepper, Onion, Grilled Aubergine, herbs and spices) with tuna (mixed with some mayo, peas, sweetcorn and onion).
A few strawberries on their own for afters. 

Going to see if I am brave enough to go swimming on my own tomorrow!
