Wednesday 28th August

Up at 9.30am

Having about a week off has not done my weight loss journey any good...I weighed today and have put on 3lbs, I hope to be able to lose this and get back on track very soon!

33 minutes on Wii Fit - 1 x basic steps, 6 x advanced steps, 75 squats (5 x 10 + 1 x 25)
I also caught up on my crunches for the crunch challenge as I had fallen behind over the weekend...so I did three sets this morning - 1 x 45, 1 x 50 and 1 x 60 which means I am now back on track.

11.15am - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x large tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms

3.15pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt, chopped up banana and peach, and oats

7.15pm - Supper - 2 x Southern Fried (flavour, oven baked) chicken breasts, peas, sweetcorn and 2 x large rustic chips.

Rest of the evening spent at car club...nothing eaten or drunk there.
