31 minutes on Wii Fit - 1 x basic steps, 3 x advanced steps (I gave up on them today as it kept missing my steps and that got very annoying), 3 minute jog, 10 minutes free steps and 50 squats (5 x 10).
I also did my crunches for the day - 65.
11.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms
3.00pm - Natural yoghurt, a banana and peach chopped up and oats
5.30pm - An iced bun with a cherry on top (left over from Sunday, Paul was supposed to eat it but didn't get round to it and a girl only has so much will power!), 2 x choc chip hobnobs and a ploughman's sausage roll. (Hmm, not very healthy at all really...but these things were all left around and I succumbed).
8.30pm - 2 x pork steaks with a little cheddar on top, peas and sweetcorn.
